Field Roast Quesadilla

For vegans and vegetarians who occasionally like the mouth feel and flavor of meat, without the animal, Field Roast Grain Meat Company produces charcuterie-style gourmet faux meats, including Lentil Sage, Smoked Tomato, and Wild Mushroom. They're great for either hot or cold sandwiches, or as Liz Allred, the Boise Co-op Demo Diva, demonstrates in this video, as part of the makings of a quick and tasty quesadilla.

That's wonderful that you mention vegans, however, your demo excludes us by including cheese & ranch dressing. Please remember that dairy is just as cruel as meat (think of it as liquid meat). Also, dairy has serious health implications as well. Thank you.
