In a nutshell — Come on, you're black! You are supposed to vote for the black guy."

Rick Sanchez of CNN's League of First Time Voters expresses shock that three black men interviewed will not be voting for, Barack Obama.

Sanchez goes as far as asking the men if they are "sellouts". He also questions one of the men as to whether "there is any source of pride" that would cause them to vote for Obama.

Do you think Sanchez would ever ask a white person if there was "any source of pride" that would make them want to vote for John McCain? Of course not.

  • @Jmarccus You've restated the very thing I challenge you to prove. If anything, the conservative mindset is the best possible scenario for minorities because it removes the shroud of prejudice that a minority can suffer from being classified as protected. It's a subtle difference, but branding a group as less capable and deserving of special priveleges due to that, will foster prejudicial thinking.

The left consistently prefers to treat minorities differently - for votes.

  • The "Barack Obama as representative of black America" narrative really needs to be deconstructed. Obama's half-white and was raised by his white grandparents. Jim Crow and slavery never affected Obama or his black forebears as Obama's father was from Kenya. Obama went to the poshest private school in Hawaii. He was promoted through school and politics by a combination of liberal bias and one can likely assume racial sympathies on the part of his interlocutors. Most black people can't relate.

  • @davidt6789 You degrade in the generalization of a whole race to this propaganda presented to you which they were probably payed handsome sum of currency.

  • @lilashley601 Did you follow his question on civil war, and it dosent matter of your black.

  • @xa25 That was one of the most ignorant comments I have seen... How am I a sellout? You act like I'm obligated to vote for Obama just because he's black... This is why I wish they had blind presidential debates, so people can focus more on what's being said than color and parties.

  • @xa25 LMAO ! your fucking retarded if you think lila should vote for obama just because of skin colour ,go fuck yourself xa25 im malaysian and if i could i too would vote for ron paul

  • @lilashley601 LMAO! Have fun wasting your vote sellout bitch!

  • @wulfmanUNCP I'm sorry, but prove what exactly. However I did make a minor miss phrase in the message I was trying to convey. I actually meant most minority conservatives have not the slightest idea that the conservative agenda does not include the minority well being or progress. I stand by that truth my friend.

  • @davidt6789 @ You are quoting Martin Luther King wrong. How do you know they didn't vote for Obama because they were democrat? Is that how he won when black ppl make up only 16% of the country. So your kinda insinuating that black people don't know much about politics. Wow your cool.

  • Racism is when you treat other humans as a lesser being base on the race of that person. This interview shows that how a racist mind works, acting as though a group of people can't think on their own.
