Luke and Margie: Back on top

Rocheter Institite of Technology alumnus Luke Adams '08 and his mother Margie win another leg of The Amazing Race in "revealing" fashion. The pair remains among seven teams competing for this season's title of the popular CBS reality TV program.

["Rocky" music]
Margie: Go Luke! Luke, you're doing great! You're first, yes. First, yes.
Luke: I think I would do anything to win this race, but underpants? I don't know. I just kept looking down and kept running. I didn't want to see anyone looking at me because I was very embarrassed. Wanted to finish #1, so I just kept on running.

Jamie: Thank you. This is the finish line I take it. It's Victor. We're the only ones here. Have you seen anyone else.
Victor: I think we're the three we're the three in the front. So good!
Jamie: It doesn't surprise us that Victor and Tammy kind of do their own thing. They are extremely competitive.
Jamie: Damn, Victor and Tammy. They left us.
Victor: I'm sorry. Well, let's put it this way, you got there before we did.
Jamie: They tend to do their own thing. When they see an opportunity, they take it. Now I have doubts about them.
Victor: 1-2-3, that's okay. 1-2-3, we're good.
[music]
Jamie: There's another team.
Victor: Oh no. Oh, it's Margie.
[Jamie and Victor cheering]
Little girl: Welcome to Novosibirsk.
Host: Margie and Luke, you are team #1!
[Margie and Luke cheer]
Host: As the winners of this leg of the race, you have won a trip for two from Travelocity to St. Lucia. You will spend five nights in a beautiful beachfront suite at the Landings, its a Rock Resort. You'll take a sunset cruise with breathtaking views around Rodney Bay. As well as hitting the spa, you'll also hike to the top of a volcano and take a jeep tour through the rain forest.
Luke: First place two times, we're doing a lot better than we thought we would. We're very confident that we can win the race.
Margie: Awesome job!
