I gather from the title that this is a live performance... how much improvisation are we seeing in these clips?

The whole show is rehearsed and has a 'right way' but it never comes out the same. All of the patterns are on an Ableton live document. Some moves are scenes and others are combinations, with a bit of knob twiddling.
