Reason why you cant take MRI to court because if you read properly your contract, you will find that the contract is direct betvean you and the developer and it says that MRI have no further responsability......

Tell me something if people can establish that MRI has not fulfill its obligations under the contract , why not sue them in court. Are the courts useless? Are the police business chasing petty criminals instead of real crooks. Everyone who lost money should put a law suit against MRIOVERSEAS propertyb so that they can be liquidated.
