Pokemon Battle Xerxes vs Bloodlava/Seth HACKER UNVIELED

Proof. First match: His His houndoom hit Blissey for over 400 damage with Flamethrower after plotting. Damage calcs prove this impossible even with max sp atk on his Houndoom.

Second match: Slowbro living a Grass knot from Life Orb Ape, only possible if Max HP and Max Sp Def, but watch his other vids and you'll know his Slowbro has max Def too. I also noticed the damage he was doing with Surf in his other vids, also max Sp Atk.

Finally: His Blissey lived a CC from Life Orb Ape, which is fine. Max def and Max HP CAN do that, though rare. That same Blissey however then outsped Shedinja, Blissey needs over 200 EVs to do so....which is impossible.

Also from his own videos: I saw his Garchomp live an Ice Beam from a powerful Ice-beamer, and no Yache berry. Also proof of breaking the 510 limit.

Notice all his pokes have max HP IV too. So it's pretty apparent he has access to hacking. Plus, his brother is Cemerica.
Conclusion: He uses 255 EVs in all his stats. Plain and simple proven fact from damage calculations. He is arrogant and boasty as all hell, yet clearly still sucks. Kids these days...

Edit: More proof, this is funny, he ERASED ALL HIS VIDEOS. This speaks for itself. He said he'll post a vid showing his training with a new team....wait, NEW team? Yeah. You'll show your Pokesav'd legit stat new pokes you make. Fag.

I do not currently have enough proof and evidence to call Cemerica a hacker. I take back my claims against him, sorry for the rep =/

Edit again: 1337CW looked at the stats of his pokes in a Trade, they go to the same forum site. He confirmed the hacked stats after seeing them. More proof for you.

In competitive play, such as with simulators obviously I know that what this guy is flat out cheating having more than 510 total EVs. My question is, are maxed IVs allowed in both simulator and WiFi battles or no? I thought I heard that say the sets listed on Smogon assume max (as in actually possible IVs, all 31 not impossible ones) IVs but please correct me if I'm wrong. Just trying to get the basics down here haha
