This vid is from the DVD that comes with a Cuisinart food processor. The recipe is in the instruction booklet. It's easy and works great. You can also freeze the dough, though it doesn't say that in the booklet. Make a bunch at once, cut into single portions, freeze, then you can make pizzas in the same amt of time it takes for the delivery guy to arrive. Cheap and you can make them the way you want.

To all those who are being much less than kind about this man, he's Hubert Keller--known best for his world-renowned restaurants, (five of them) with two more on the way. Having caught the eyes, ears and palates of top food writers, Keller is the recipient of numerous awards including the James Beard Foundation’s lifetime achievement award of “Who’s Who” in the industry. This is just the tip of the iceberg for his accomplishments. So I think he knows how to make pizza, and it looks great!

it's great..some people cant trust their gut feelings..The Master Chef has given the Recipe and it says.. .....; -- "Coat dough evenly with olive oil; transfer to a plastic food storage bag and seal the top. Let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes......"

Its a thin crust pie like Italy, this isn't a Chicago loaf of bread pie.

    It rises in the oven.

Don't make this recipe. I tried it. The dough doesn't roll out well.

He's not using instant yeast. He's following the recipe which is linked to in the description, which lists 1 package active dry yeast.
