dude, you need to approach drums a little differently. try leaving off all those fills, and focus on groove and playing in the pocket. you are nowhere near good enough to play all those fills. they're scrappy and never on time. but what do I know? I've only played drums for 20 years and have a degree in percussion perormance from Berklee. trust me. either learn to play correctly or take up guitar, you're embarrassing us...
