Thanks so much!!! Someone recommended this DVD to me but I was apprehensive to buy it because lots of workout videos have weird dance step type moves that I can never follow... This I think I can do (I mean I'll likely be warn out after the warm up the first few times!) I'm going to order this! Oh and for whoever said they can't afford it, I just found it on amazon for $7. I think that's affordable.

how much do your dumbbells weigh?? I have no upper body strength, and I have bought the JM dvd, so I am waiting for that...but I'm not too sure which hand weights to buy?

do you take a dietary supplement or just workout? i find myself feeling hungry all the time and i was just wondering if you take or knew of an appetite suppressant that isnt harmful to take.

@mehr5337 All I take are multivitamins for women. I have found that when I work out more I feel so hungry all of the time but obviously the more calories you burn the more calories your body needs. When I am feeling hungry I eat. I eat what I see as healthy (chicken, veggies, fish, whole wheat grains) I also drink tons of water as well. If you want an appetite suppressant try green tea. They say that it is a natural way to curve your appetite and it is full of antioxidants! Good luck to you!

@brownieblush women can have muscle tone without being masculine :) I wouldn't ever get sooooo ripped like some of those female body builders but we can totally have a six pack, toned legs and toned arms!!
