Dynasty Warriors Character Appearance History

A look at how some of the Dynasty Warriors Characters appearances have changed over the series of Dynasty Warriors games up to Dynasty Warriors 6 from all or most of the Dynasty Warriors games that each character has been in.

NOTE: I was unable to obtain some of the pictures for some of the characters appearances so some characters will have some of their appearances missing and i did the best that i could.

DW4 was surely the best. Played it for 2 straight years with no break and there was still alot more left. It lacked some stuff like story depth which DW5 owns in it (I actually cried when Liu Bei got to know Guan Yu were dead). Most stuff owns in DW6 but it missed alot of alternatives, hidden stuff and never-ending troops (I HATE how troops retreat when a general is killed/base captured). I hope DW6E is as good as it looks. I loved DW5E above all and yeah for CAW again!

Lu Bu was in Dynasty Warriors and Dynasty Warriors 2. But he was not a playable character in Dynasty Warriors.

Wow the only ones that don't fail may be Diao Chan, Guan Yu, the Cockroach (he stays the same all the time anyway) and Sun Shang Xiang, although I STILL don't know what to feel about her DW6 clothing. It's like bits and pieces held together by strings!

you know what i hated? how they changed everyone's weapon type...Sun Ce is so much more bad ass with the Twin Tonfa's

@r3sp3ctdaf3mal3s if you mean the damn big ass sword then agreed. though im lucky enough i got the PS3 version and he still has his spear in that one x3. only reason i know about the sword is my friend has the ps2 verion
