  • I'm still bummed. The music helps, not much but it does help.

  • If a singer like Marty Robbins records your song, you just know it's gotta be a great song as he had wonderful taste and he was a brilliant writer as well as singer himself.

  • Yeah, I'm a male groupie.

  • I miss Linda's music and I will forever. Music is a mystical mistress of mystery that I don't understand nor do I try to. I just get up and close ther door.

  • I haven't done much crying in my life but I sure feel like it now. Goodbye my hero.

  • WiseGeorge , Linda went to Glory last night. I have enjoyed revisiting all these YouTube videos this morning that you and she posted. Memories. Just good to listen to her voice. Thanks.

  • I saw Linda's name come up a couple of times in Marshall Chapman's new book about songwriters who came to Nashville. I wish she had interviewed Linda too. Read "They Came to Nashville" it's excellent and brand new.

  • @Wisegeorge I saw Linda perform at a bar in Nashville in 1979 or 80. She was a favorite and I'd like to get a copy of her Impressions album. She is great!

  • Just get up and close the door, please, then give me some of that smooth Tennessee Whiskey, cause I'm All Alone in Austin with lots of Mem'ries and digging on this music while they play all the Mexican Lovesongs next door. They just played la paloma, the dove.

  • Wonderful song... I recall Linda Hargove's version on the radio, what in around `75? Love it. Nice by Johnny Rodriguez too. This is a talented woman.
