1978 Country Time Lemonade commercial

The powder was 'perfectly' too tart. Just the way I liked it, lol. Loved that commercial back then.

I just found out on IMDB that longtime character actor Harry Holcombe played grandpa in these commercials. I remember him well from Leave It to Beaver (as Whitey Whitney's dad) and several other 60s sitcoms.

Haha, that stuff is so unhealthy. Look at the ingredients. Less than 2% natural flavour. Corn syrup, yellow dye, preservatives... Btw, this commercial cost 4 billion dollars to make in 1978.

Dunno about you, but even though I love this commercial, it's still weird to have a commercial for lemonade with a "WC" in the corner.

Country Time Lemonade!!! I miss that Lemonade flavor!! It's been 11 years since I haven't had a glass of Country Time Lemonade. I wish it could be found in French Supermarket Shelves. Living France is not easy at all.

The product is still on the shelves, but I don't think they bother with commercials any longer.
IMO Country Time always tasted a little weak - I preferred Kool-Aid lemonade.

I don't know why, or why it popped into my head, but I never forgot the countrytime commercial.

Damn stuff was WAYYY to sweet.
