Mary Pickford Secrets her final movie and talkie clip 2!

The greatest silent star of all time Mary Pickford in her final film "Secrets" from 1933. She only made 4 talkies, and this was one of them!

Mary was known for playing little girl roles, her final such one coming well in her 30s. She was 41 when she made this film and was playing a 16-19 year old. In addition to growing personal problems this was the main reason she quit films, not because her voice was unsuitable as rumored (her first talkie Coquette won an Oscar).

Poor her. She probably wanted to do something serious and she was stuck playing kiddies for her fans. XP

But neverless I think she does it good. And you can't deny that she looks young for someone her age.

Actually she kept playing the little girls parts because her fans loved her in those kind of movies the most and insisted that she kept playing those kind of movies.
