If a law enforcement agency is equipped with para-military equipment, they will find an excuse to use them. The ATF has, is, and will always be an embarassment to law enforcement.

There is simply no excuse for using tanks, helicopters, and 50 caliber machine guns on a bunch of religious nuts. There is nothing illegal about being a religious nut.
