if you are questioning the weight on the bar you are a sad individual.....i swear to god the competative nature of crossfit makes some people lose their marbles. Do you actually think the whole gym has got together and thought 'yer will put 40kg on the bar and pretend its 60kg and put it up as Grace - that'll show em!!!!!!!' - any way...great vid mate, i think this is the best form i've seen on a grace video on youtube: every rep is fully locked out and full hip extension so congrats!

Great work! I wonder, have you ever just turned this into a power snatch/muscle snatch 30 reps (i.e. Isabelle) and compared times?
60Kgs on the bar guys. We are in Aus so we dont hav LB's. KG's. 2 x 10Kg's plates per side. Plus 20Kg bar = 60Kgs. Only stood side on so camera could see lock out. not to play tricks. trying to be legit thats all =). Note the bar pulled away at the start. clealy 2 plates per side. When I "tap and go", 40Kg's Firstly - Wouldnt sound that heavy, secondly - would bounce a heap more from the ground, and thirdly - generally just wouldnt look as hard as it did for me to control in the final few reps.
