sounds a bit dry... i use mine with a compressor (cs-3) before it. that makes it kick even more ass!

Not sure why it has alot of hiss-mine doesn't.I have all four of the Zoom's in this series(Tri-metal,Hyper-lead,Po
wer-drive and the Ultra-fuzz) and none of mine create any hiss-maybe it's coming from the tube amp?Nice playing there btw,almost D.R.I-ish. -

i have one of these and they aren't that noisy at all. its pretty quiet when your not playing it
