it is no way to go.. blaming president clinton for anything..
he mostly did anything right during his run and afterwards..
he changed the USA and the relations to the rest of the world for the better..and look how W ruined it all in that short period of time he made half of the world hate the USA..the economics is down..life quality-down..education..never been worse..president clinton is a hero cuz following his run he stays in there and still works for the people and still cares about the USA

Of course Bill Clinton blames others for 9/11, he wasn't President when it happened. Bush was. And if we're going to blame past Presidents for 9/11, blame Ronald Fucking Reagan. Under Reagan these Afghan militants were trained by the CIA to combat the Soviets. He funded them, trained them, and then when the war was over, they realised they hated America just as much, if not more. Blame Reagan.

Initially the interview was about the "Clinton Global Initiative" but then the "Why didn't you do enough to kill Osama?" question came out of nowhere. Based on the Richard Clarke book the Bush Jr. administration did not take the warnings and threat of Osama & Al Qaeda seriously. Bush was focused on Iraq since day one and dismissed the threat of Al Qaeda until AFTER 9-11 but even after 9-11 Bush expressed to the press that he wasn't thinking about Osama. I think Clintons telling the truth here.
