You moron. Clinton actually had several opportunities to kill and capture Bin Laden and choose NOT to take that route. In fact he choose the weak path of doing nothing about it. The plot was planned during the Clinton admin and carried out less then a year Bush was in power.

Clinton and Gore and the rest of the democrats also said in the late 90's that Saddam was a threat to national security and wanted to remove him from power. Of course this escapes you selective amnesia.
