The first thing I noticed was that Fender Jaguar - WOW!
I only of Counting Crows from the movie "Rounders" Then started listening to all their music. This one's my favorite. That "sha-la-la-la" reminds me of Van Morrison.

my dad got fucked up in a grease-related housefire in 94' and had to get skin graphs and all that, it's a miracle he lived. but, they played this on the radio constantly back then, perhaps thats why i hate the song. i mean i like the music and the lyrics but the memories associated with the song are traumatizing
