This song is about a man stating to his fans that he will sell melencoly to his fans because thats what they want, and also that he doesn't have total faith in god but he would like very much to, also it has hints at the reason why he wants to become popular, and how its different from others. That he is a 'messenger'. But the funny thing is, hes laughing at people that are egocentrical... sad really. It really speaks to the 'Me Generation' if they would hear it.. thats the butt of the joke
