  • You are kidding yourself didgeyoann if you think this bloke is the best didg player. Just because he has dreads and sits around with nothing on his feet doesnt mean he has credability playing a didg. take a look around at the worlds other players before making such a stupid comment.

  • Si is definitely not the best player out there but at the very least you can show some respect :) after all he's wild marmalade didge player you know:)?

my definition to sI playing will be:

    contemporary\groovy\energetic\technical

actually who is the best didge player in your opinion i would like to know?

there's many good playes out there really hard to decide cuz each one is somewhat different i think Ondřej Smeykal is unique

  • certainly a very great didge player in my opinion, but without the drumming in ''wild marmalaide'' he doesnt have the depth to carry off a solo as well as a lot of other didge players ive seen in australia....(having said that, i havnt taken his cd out of my car stereo in 2 months) woooooooooo!

  • Either way he is a mad dog didgey player! Hes definately one of the best I have heard, try listening to a CD by Wild Marmalade called Innersense, its awesome.

  • lol EPIC LOL

    So many respect

  • Wow that guy really has no respect...

  • Such as.......? If you can grow dreads and go barefoot, you're one free man sitting around playing didj. Good on him.

  • Hey, I didn't see all of that!!! I should have said "one of the best"!!!

Of course I also like Mike Jackson or Ondrej Smeykal.

Could you tell me more about the Israel didge festival? When is it? Thanks.

  • I agree with didjeyoann, Psymon is a step above every other didjeridoo player Ive heard. He masters the more traditional and simple sounds and is the leader in technical, danceable rhythms without a doubt. David Hudson is also a favourite but doesnt even ome close to Si when it comes to immaginative Goa sounds.

  • I definately meant no disrespect to Si, he is definately talented. Also meant no disrespect to didgeyoann. You are 100% right when you say it is hard to say who is the best cos there is no 'best'. I think the world got me on a day when i thought everyone was being narrow minded. But if you want my top couple they are Big Bill Neidjie, David Blanatji, Alastair Black and Xavier Rudd. Probably a bit more traditional though. Thanks for the reply.
