Food Bank Of WNY Music Video "Reach Out" (3 Min. with extras)

The Food Bank of WNY spent the last 10 months producing a music video to showcase the Food Bank, all of its programs and many of its supporters. With a grant from Walmart, we were able to include 54 WNY celebrities from the media, sports, music and other endeavors as well as hundreds of other folks in this splendid project which features a song written by 3 local musicians and recorded by 18 others

Just a reminder -- Concert from the Heart will be on Sept. 26th at Kleinhans Music Hall, $25 tickets and proceeds benefit the Food Bank of WNY. We want to thank everyone! There just wasn't enough time to include every aspect of the Food Bank. We are very grateful to all of those who support and donate to us! Choppers is an incredible endeavor, and those who organize it and participate in it go way beyond the call of duty. We are very blessed to be the food bank that sits in the most generous community in the world!

Wow, I though that there would be more mention of the Special Events held to support the Food Bank like Choppers for Charity event. Which for the last 10 years has held an annual bike run, car show & benefit party. Last year the benefit brought in close to $15,000 and 500 lbs of food. That's like about 81,000 plus meals for WNY .
