Good video. I've read some of the commments and just wanted to let people know about a book that is very helpful for dealing with any kind of chronic pain. "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" by Claire Davies. Extremly comprehensive and easy to read. Super cheap on amazon, and can teach you how to get relief from chronic pain regarless of the location. A must read for those that are seaching and aren't finding relief.

hey dave yet again another great video really informational... here comes the question... a friend of mine has had neck pain for the past thre or four years... what kind of streches can he do ? thanks for ur information

Exactly, me too. I kinda get that junk mail feel, but i just ignore it. Well, maybe I'll unsuscribe just because I know when the vids are up.
Oh by the way, that might be a good reason for you guys at RCP not to encourage suscribing, since we know when these vids are up. And don't feel ignored when the subscription number drops, you still have a number of views.

I happen to like the variety of stuff on here. I originally subscribed because of the INTJ/mbti videos, but i'm also into health and fitness. I'm not much into planes, but that's ok. keep up the interesting videos!

Oh my gosh guys it actually works
i was really looking forward to this video because i suffer from this kind of back pain, but I was a bit disappointed. You TALKED about the stretches, but you didn't SHOW any
It would be really nice if you did a follow-up to this video and spent 2 or 3 minutes going through a short sample routine demonstrating all the stances & what to do (& not do)
There's a big difference between saying, "stretch your lats" and SHOWING us how to stretch our lats. You're making a video, not writing an article

Did you check out the link in the sidebar like he said? It links to a forum post containing more videos where they demonstrate the stretches.

Yes, thank you. We are putting alot more in our blog each day. Lots of bonus videos and such that we just can't fit all in on YouTube.
Thanks man!

Yes, I tried to make the sign real big at the end of the video and on the title of the video... I had audio as well to say "click on the side bar for the stretches" but the camera uploader broke at the last minute so I could just put it in with the text.
Yes, all the stretching videos are at our blog page, see this side bar of this video for a direct link.
