YouTube Customization & University of Florida Taser Incident

Follow-up regarding my attempt to get YouTube special customization of my user page (custom YouTube banner, icons, and other pretty stuff). I also try to address the recent University of Florida campus police student taser (tazer) incident and how warnings may have helped or maybe not. I withhold judgment and simply try to depict the events that transpired between the campus cops as witnessed by me through YouTube. The initial videos were incomplete but I am finding more complete copies as time goes by and it now appears that the student was warned!

I think the banners may be "Gifts" or rewards from YouTube, maybe you have to have a certain amount of subscribers or channel views... I really don't know. But I have searched online too, and can't find anything.
