  • Cop was in the right. You can't just 'park' on the inside shoulder and do what the hell you want (filming, interviews, sightseeing, whatever). It becomes a public safety issue. Traffic is already being slowed down in both directions and the reporters (and everyone else for that matter) are only contributing to the problem. A peace office shouldn't have to tell you 5 times to get in your car and move.

  • 1st Amendment anyone?

  • The cop was nut, for shure!

  • Cop is crazy rude...

  • reporters are paid to take risks,,,are you ppl hypocrits or cops too or both

  • the cop was in the wrong

  • He must have a little penis.

  • @StrategyGamer0707 You can only do so many things at one time. If the reporter did what he was told maybe the officer was going to tell the others to clear the area after that. Instead he was tied up dealing with an idiot spouting off about "not doing anything wrong".

  • @FloodSound but i saw other cars on the side and he didnt do anything about them

  • only because it was caught on tape. other than that those guys are charged with attempted murder.

  • No vehicle shall be stopped on the shoulder of a limited acess highway unless in an emergency situation.

No pedestrians allowed on limited access highway, because the chance of being struck and killed is very high. When the police officer tells you to leave, then leave.

It is not about "rights" or any freedom of speech. Its about obeying a lawfull command from a police officer who is responsible for the safety of the accident scene. PERIOD!!!!!!

  • Hazzardous side of the highway + told to leave + didnt leave = under arrest

    1+1+1=3 pretty simple
