The Hippocampe is a new type of outdoor all terrain/beach chair. It allows to access to beach and water sports and other outdoor arenas including winter activities. Designed for all persons with limited mobility.

The Hippocampe will satisfy all individual with its many options which make your hippocampe perfectly fitted to your size and need. The low seat of the Hippocampe makes it simple to transfer oneself between the ground and the chair. At only 12 kg, it is light and floats in the water (as will each if its component parts). All its parts are sand and water resistant and its aluminium tubes are sleeved to stop them getting hot in the sun. A major innovation is the double width wheels designed to make movement on sand easier. There's no longer any need for massive arm muscles to move round the beach in complete freedom!

rock on! That chair is amazing... i just have a typical medline chair... but i'm not bound to it... i still have some mobility left and try to keep goign as much as I can, but from Ehlers-Danlos, its getter hard. I just wanted to tell you how awesome that chair is! Take Care
