@kittykittymewomeow2 , thats a good question. First of all, make sure that you strengthen the wrist bone structure first by eating high calcium and phosphurous foods such as cheese. Also, eat sardines or herrring every day, the soft bone is easily absorbed and helps to build your bones overall. Next, do exercises such as pushups [ mens style] , even if you can't flex much, the weight load on the wrists will force them to get stronger.
