  • Beautiful fish! Don't listen to the other idiots who think they live in that small cup, you're obviously very proud of your fish and just showing them off :)

  • ha, thank you.

  • I have told before. That is only for take picture. They have thier own tank with all equipments you said below.

  • never before seen any orange dragons. we only have the black ones that I know of. adorable!

  • Actually they were red before. But I put them inside the room, and then they have changed to orange. They need sunshine.

  • @bicroundebaysumo In Japan, this breed of goldfish - the Tosakin - are kept in round earthware bowls & later as they grow, move to rectangular shape ones. The Japanese use no filteration system, depending only on water changes. A plant such as water lily is placed in the container by some Tosakin owners. However, it is certainly better to give them what you suggest which Bruce2727 already said are provided for them. Your passion and intent are admirable - perhaps could have been better worded.

  • 美丽的鱼

  • i would love a gold fish like that, if they didnt have the popped eyes, i know their moors, but i do like moors without the popped eyes ^^ beautiful little fish anyway :)

  • Ew, mutant fish.

  • so cute and pritty!

  • i want those fish!!

  • Most beautiful FW fish I've ever seen.

  • tosakin right ?

  • @SQUILLA898 yeah whenever I've seen any similar to these they don't seem to get around well. it's weird. I actually think the comets, fantails and common goldfish are the cutest anyways. they seem to be able to get around better too. more meant to be looking, know what i mean.....

These fish swim very poorly. They are bred specifically to have bent spines and compressed muscles and internal organs to create the rounded body shape. Their long fins also have little muscle control, and usually weigh them down. All for the sake of vanity, these animals are crippled for life. Fancy breeds put the animals at a strict disadvantage when compared to their wild carp cousins.
