  • This kid was far too intelligent to join the US militarty in the first place.

  • The world is watching anything and everything we do that is unjust to others, and this may be justification for the same treatment to be used against us. So be careful when passing judgment on others for you will be judged by the same measure.

  • @NYGIANTFAN1187 So you have no problem killing women and children because you signed up for something?...why dont you go shave your head and become a neo nazi goof.

  • @Swagster99 You are very right about not going to war without declaration. This man who is a sergeant is very correct in what he did. If more of the military would think like him, we would not be in this war to begin with. Like some of my friends in the military say, "War is only a war is if you have the bullets and rockets and fire them, If we dont fire we dont have a war." Basically stating, it lies on the shoulders of our military whether we are in war or not.

  • @jasonbournetodie ur right he did take an oath. To UPHOLD and DEFEND the United states CONSTITUTION, which states u cannot go to war without a declaration of war, which we didnt do when we invaded Iraq and Afganistan....The best interest in America to do is to follow that document that our founders provided us with..He upheld his oath...Their are no perspectives the constitution says what it says.

Its the bedrock of our nation, if we dont follow it, then we are doomed..

  • @NYGIANTFAN1187 I severely dislike your views :)

  • @Swagster99 You've got a point, but just as there are arguments to support your claim, there are also plenty that invalidate it. It really comes down to perspective I guess..

I'm no legal expert & I'm FAR from perfect, but the biggest issue I had with this Sgt. is that he took an oath and signed on the dotted line like so many others have done (including myself) to do whatever is necessary in the interest of America, yet he suddenly has a moral epiphany and flakes out? That's wrong. Period.

  • To all the retards who think he is doing the right thing, GO FUCK YOUR SELF !!

I'm glad i'm not currently serving with any of you PUSSYS !

  • @jasonbournetodie It doesnt matter if it was backed up by the UN, We invaded iraq and afganistan without the consent of congress and actual declaration of war, thats UNCONSTITUTIONAL, both invasion went against the constitution, the constitution is the law of the land and supercedes any UN policies....If we dont follow the constitution then we are goin down a bad road...

  • @maxawesuse he graduated with a 2.1 were you not listening? moron haha

  • PUSSY, he didn't even deploy to Iraq.. This guy is a disgrace. You signed up your life.... I would stick him in jail for however long he had left on his Contract
