TxDOT's Gabriela Garcia can't even lie anymore without that guilty look on her face. TxDOT is eager to get all the money in your pocket. TxDOT and elected officials use our tax and bond dollars inteneded for free roads, divert those dollars to toll roads and claim there is no money left, so we must toll all our roads. RIGHT!!
