  • Very good technique!!! I like =)

  • Leg should be on your shoulder not your bicep.

  • No questions about how superior your techniques are. But one note though, if you have the authority, can you tell those in the back ground to be quiet next time while you are filming. The background noise was distracting. Thanks

  • @kenprimo Thanks for the quick response and for the record I enjoy your videos. These are great tricks to use on my fellow friends when we spar and roll around. I truly enjoy them all. Peace and respect !

  • @kenprimo From my personal street experience, which is a lot of years, the wrestling has worked best for me and the RNC, especiallyu for de-escalation. a lot of peole think a groin strike is going to work. It may, but it never has in the situations ive been in where i have doubled legged people. they are usually more worried about not landing on their neck than striking

  • @bowser8375 this is a brazilian jiu jitsu technique. This was never put out nor described in any fashion for mma. however, it is applicable in some scenarios as is de la riva guard in mma. Do I teach self- defense? Absolutely I do, sometimes more than sport bjj. I also teach wrestling and boxing, which are HUGE in street fights as ive been into all three areas as a bouncer for many years. To be quite honest, Rorion covers a lot of self defense so i usually dont video it here. thanks

  • @Viperguy896 That is what I was thinking. @ Ken Primo , do you also teach street BJJ, not just rule based sport techniques ? Alot of this stuff is cool, but I prefer to see techniques done that incorporate street scenarios like kicking and punching. SO many of BJJ techniques involve exposing face and groin, and for me, in a Real life self defense situation that is a huge no no. With much respect I look forward to your reply Ken , if you see this. Peace.

  • @bowser8375 The X-guard is more for grappling competition and not MMA. It could be used in MMA, but I wouldn't suggest it.

  • This stuff is really cool but I can't help but notice that your face is totally open to punches. You are really depending on that right hand grab ! If you miss it you are going to eat a nasty downward punch.

  • I just love when someone shows me the old and classical non-forceful BJJ. Congratulations, Ken. Keep it going on, you're a hard-to-find teacher these days.
