Alex Boyd - "A Lesson from Snape"

i've written this song for the not all slytherins are bad compilation CD. Some of the inspiration for the Cd is how slytherins are picked on a lot. So I started thinking about Snape and how he was picked on by James and then how his retaliation of that ridicule ended up bring about some of his most regrettable moments of his entire life.

This song also speaks about my experience of childhood and being picked on a lot and how now my life is so much better than I ever imagined possible. Throughout all the hate and loneliness and helplessness I felt as a kid, I never thought I would be surrounded by so many people that love me today.

you never know what the future holds for you, so if life sux right now, be strong, get through it, the future can be whatever you make it, but it won't be anything if you're not there to enjoy it.
