The Center for the Study of Citizenship sponsored a discussion of the "on the ground" impact of Citizens United and related U.S. Supreme Court decisions. Moderated by Detroit Free Press columnist, Brian Dickerson, panelists included liberal and conservative fundraisers, Cynthia Pasky and Harold Beznos respectively, election law expert Jocelyn Benson of the WSU Law School, and former congressman, Hon. Joe Schwarz. The program focused on the impact of unlimited political contributions in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United.
