yes it will fail. Even though the trucks 5yrs old and is now ellidgable for catalytic converter work, the exhaust give a slight silfer smell and it smells strongly of it at start ups. It will for sure fail the sniffer test.
-
also, with the cat removed after the o2 sensor, will you fail emissions, even though you still have the other two (right?) catalysts?

Thanks. Nope stock intake here. I want to maintain good economy so I said nay for an intake. I'm now running a Gryphon programmer and burning 93 fuel.

that is one badass exhaust you have. do you have an intake? i have the 3.5" AF1 and waiting on the tunes. trying to figure out what kind of exhaust i want. i really like the way yours sounds. props! (i also have the extended cab 5.4 4x4 except mine is blue)
what kind of MPG are u getting?

At the time I was seeing 15.2 - 16.5 average, and 20.4 highway custom tuned. Now that i'm running 20" XD Monster wheels with 33x12.5 Toyo Mud Terrains its getting 14 - 15.2 average, 17 highway.

Pypes isn't talked about much except for the Corvettes and such. Super 44 will sound pretty good.
