My lifting at the 2009 Toronto Open I.P.F. lifting in Australia. After no direct training for this competition, and being sick for a week, 2 weeks out, i made the decision a week ouit to lift raw, andcame away with 4 P.R.'s.

nice work mark, I'll have to get my raw bench and dead up to beat your raw total.
PS: Your wristwatch disqualifies your lifts from 100% raw, pretty sure not IPF approved either :)
