NOKIA 5530 SOMETHING WRONG AFTER UPDATE & *#7370#

After updated with the newest firmware [v20.0.080] for my brother's Nokia 5530. We were pretty excited with the improved feature. With everything in new setting, so we decided have a hard format & key in the master number *#7370# & 12345. After self restart, the phone became very very [JUMPY] as you can see in the video.

I did everything to save this lovely phone, but with out a luck. Here's the 3 main things I it did.
1. I did removed the mircoSD card & restart it. NG
2. I did removed the SIM card with memory card & restart it. NG.NG
3. I did removed the battery and both cardS left it a day & restart it. NG.NG.NG.NG∞

HELP!!!

This p´hone is something  wrong from factory, Im from Mexico and I have the same rpoblem and my brother to... so I have to sell the phone... I do not know that you fisxed you phone???

Oh, really??? I never knew. Now,It work perfectly. My brother have been using it for weeks without any complain. But he is thinking to sell the phone too. hehe

How did you update the phone because everytime i try to updater it, it says tha the phone is currently updated but i only have firmware v11.0.054

I see. That depend on your region too. Nokia's wed server sometime will delay their customer service. So, time will tell.

when i restarted my phone with *#7370# my lock code changed into something always when i try to change it it just says code error

idont know what happens to your phone but my phone is soo slow it like doesnt do anything it goes to anywhere this thing wants.plzzz help.i just shuted down my phone and im seeing it tomoorw and restarting my phone...........

u have apdate and then restore the settings mayb thats the cause u updated and restarted it

tHIS IS NOT UPGRADE PROBLEM...this is the cellphone itself...I don´t upgraded it and it just look like yours...I start with assistance, but as I could see there are too many 5530 with this error e no one solution...If I live in USA problably I call justice and get some money..but here in Brazil...we´re fucked!!!! damn!
