Wisconsin hockey vs. Denver -- UW gets screwed

Footage from last-second goal of UW vs. Denver 1/11/08. The footage clearly shows the last second goal by Ford being called a goal by the official with at least .3 seconds left on the clock. Upon review it was declared no goal and Denver won. UW got hosed!

Dude with .5 seconds left you could see the refs hand pointing to the goal. that shoulda counted

You want to know the worst part? For the review, Schmidt only looked at one singular frame of the above goal cam to disallow the goal.

In that frame, the puck has already left the goal (why he disallowed it) even though you can see his hand signalling the goal in the same shot.

Absolutely absurd. He'd better not ref in Madison again...
