Thx for all the nice comments. I just had the feeling that SABENA shoudl never be forgotten now we lost all signs from the airline itself (no SN or S-Tail anymore :'( ...)

@Discomanbelgium Of course the bankruptcy. I had strong connections back then. Not many from our company had the opportunities to be sent abroad in the 70's. I don't know what you mean a Jerk you don't read very well. I always thought of myself as being a fair minded female.

as I had tears in my eyes, SABENA will always have a place in my heart, I worked 18 years for our beloved airline and I gave not 100% but 200% for SABENA, I will never, never forget SABENA..... snik, snik.....

Sabena brought people together in sincerity, great love with sprinkles of humor and conversation. England was my first business trip abroad 1970. Other trips followed and at different airports I'd look for Sabena. My heart sank to a new low when I heard of the bankruptcy.
