  • do a 7-5 series. 7-7's, 6-6's, 5-5's for each exercise. total of 110 reps per exercise. adjust the weight according to each series, to each exercise...

  • I just bought it .. but i go no idea how to use it..

    when to use it !

    and how to workout with it

    I normally do for each excersise 3sets .. first 12reps , 10reps high weight , 8reps higher weight .

    Can anyone advise me please and also i bought "Max Mass"

  • Are you going to do a dvd? And do i do 1 excersise for a full set or do i alternate the 3 excersises? For example is it 7 x 7 curls or 7 curls, 7 hammers, 7 concentration curls and repeat?
