Yes, its very good. It plays a lot like Smash Bros, so if your a fan of those games you will probably like it.

Since this is a japanese import only game, would you be able to use the Wi-Fi features outside of japan? Like in Europe???

Yeah it works fine. My only complaint is that there is some lag and some hackers when playing online, but other than that it isn't that bad.
