How to make an iMac Style Graphic

This video might be a bit dodgy, but It's been toned down in file size dramatically...In fact, about a gigabyte has gone off it.....

But anyways, this was re-recorded over the 1.8 GB one on Quick Look... So, at the end there is a control bar, and throughout the whole time, the menu bar displays "Finder" as the forward application.
