It was obvious something was very wrong with this puppy when he first came to the SPCA of Wake County on June 10. Clearly in pain and unable to walk, x-rays revealed not one broken leg but two badly broken back legs. The worst part is that surgery revealed his legs had been broken at least a week before June 10. Rescued from Poole Road in Raleigh, someone probably hit Flash with their car and he waited for days before anyone stopped to help him. Lucky for Flash, he has you. Flash is a great example of the SPCA's commitment to saving puppies. We are able to help them only because you help us. Please help us save more pets just like flash.
