@kabodkhwaamkhid it does still have a solid axle, i saw this at the minneapolis auto show and i looked underneath and it has a solid rear axle

SR5 is base model. Then Trail and lastly Limited.

@kabodkhwaamkhid as the guy in the video claimed, it is "damn expensive" to make a roll-down window... maybe more expensive and more important than keeping the axle, at least in his mind.

I have a 2004 4Runner. Well made, no problems at all. Wouldn't trade it in for a newer 4Runner. Needs a total makeover before I'd buy another one.

Rubish. I just got the 2011 jeep grand cherokee Hemi...Its in incredible.

My wife does not allow to switch from her 4 runner 2003 to another newer. She says it is much better than newer and more expensive models compared to dodge, ford and honda.
