Stumbled over the "this girl I know" bit at the beginning. If they're friendly enough to tell each other about that sort of thing, then he should refer to her by name.
The "hagan-daz addiction" bit was good, and I'm seeing believable characters in general, mostly in Emily who seems clever and David is very likable.
What is your addiction to jumping around in time? Other than exposition, there needs to be a pay-off for it, for later on in the series. I'll look forward to it.

And yes, it is an older iMac—but you've gotta remember, all of this happened back in November of 2004, so we're just trying to accurately represent the real Power Plant #67.
And if anyone's worried by the slow start, stick with us another couple weeks. Things are going to get crazy!
