In Lyndeborough, NH we're counting the votes. And you can too!!! Citizens around the nation can exercise their home rule rights and pass laws banning concealed vote counting. Here is a complete manual for conducting hand count elections fully observable to all members of the public. http://www.amazon.com/Hands-Elections-Informational-Handbook-Running/dp/14528...
It's the only way to restore our democracy. Let's do it! For more information see BlackBoxVoting.org.

  • I wonder who said nay at the end?

  • Great work, Nancy!

  • @MimiK925 The U.S. Supreme Court has held that the right to vote includes the right to make sure that our votes are counted accurately. To see these cases and a couple more states with constitutions which require the votes to be counted in public, Google Virginia’s Elections Are UNCONSTITUTIONAL?!?!

  • It is essential that hand counts be reinstated in every precinct in the nation. Otherwise, there is no way to know whether any incumbent actually received the majority of votes in their "election".

Given the machines are built and programmed by members of one party, should we not question the results?

  • We all owe great thanks to Nancy Tobi. I have not always fought beside her; we have sometimes had different strategies and temporary goals. But she is a hero and this was brilliant strategy and may it win in the Supreme Court the day that some fraudster decides to take open counting to the bench. Until then, we must all pass these resolutions. Though few places have open counting to preserve. We must get it back. Mimi Kennedy, Chair, PDA Thank you, Lydenborough
