Uuuuuugh nearly all of these comments are stupid! If you actually knew anything about the Tudors then you'd know that Henry only got fat around the time of his marriage to Anne Boleyn! And whoever milkpudding is Henry got the injury to his leg in a joust causing Anne Boleyn to have a miscarriage. She lost her baby boy! So I believe the term is " you just got poned by a history addict! "

I've watched all 4 seasons 5 times. WHAT A SERIES! I never payed attention to History at school, and that was 25 years ago. The Tudors sparked something in me, so that now I'm obsessed with English history. When are they going to make more? Edward, Mary, Elizabeth! And what about a series The Stuarts? There's so much there, come on let's have more!!

I like how henry's third wife was the most average looking of his six wives and they cast the hottest actress for that wife

All film makers of Tudor history, this USA version included make one terrible mistake - Catherine of Aragorn would have been fair haired, not dark. Spaniards from that region were fair and yet she is always portrayed as a raven headed woman. Irene Pappas as Catherine in Anne of the Thousand Days, a wonderful Greek actress totally wrongly cast I love the serious the Tudors but much of it was for a US audience and therefore rather inaccurate.

This looks great, however i'm going to wait until the end of Game of Thrones season 3 and then buy season 1 of this, wont be able to deal with both lol.
