@laminage Hey Laminage! How are you doing! I went back & looked at the 1/8 episode & the room they were in is the same room as the room they're in in this episode, but the furniture & layout are different. Not sure why. In that episode there was a guard standing over Rafe but in this one the guard leaves them alone. It may just be a simple continuity lapse, or to give the viewer a sense of Rafe's impending freedom, or as you mention, it might be because of Frank. I think it was continuity lapse.

@blazerliz Do you realize that when Natalia visited Rafe on the 01/08/09 Episode, they weren't allowed to touch or hug but in this episode they were? Was it because that Frank was with them?

everytime i see this .. i always wonder y does Frank raise his voice when he says " r u ok? " to Olivia. dude does she look ok grrrr and Natalia she can see that Olivia isn't feeling great yet she goes out with Frank *pout* .. lol

I think Crystal Chappell looks terrific in this scene; I look at it over and over again and am mesmerized by her looks, charisma and sexiness. OMG
