This is the first winch video in the series, in this video I disassemble the winch, #2 is re-assembling, and #3 is modifications to the 8274 . Enjoy!

I am rebuiding an 8274 like this one only in its stock form. Mine does not have the smaller diameter longer spool or the addition of the spool guide or the albright solenoid setup. I have a couple rusted gears in my top hat and a rusted intermediate gear. I have been trying to find a place to sell me the bushings and gears like the gigglepin winches from England and Australia. If you have any ideas please share. Warn will not sell me just the parts I need.

Sub'd, and looking forward to the videos. I have a winch that I need to reassemble. Are you going to list the aftermarket parts, so a guy can find them?

@FRUNTCASTER I should have the parts back from the powder coaters this week or early next - then I'll put it back together. I'll be listing where you can get the parts in the next two videos.
