A minutes silence for...River Phoenix

Observe a minutes silence for River Phoenix who died October 31 1993 aged 23.

A brilliant and much missed actor and activist.

My first video. I will be making a minutes silence video for all people of the past who's talent and passion influenced others, to give people a collective space to pay respects. Seemed appropriate given the date to add Mr Phoenix first.

it's in LA, on the corner of Larrabee boulevard, quite close to the viper room. It is at the base of a specially planted tree. erected by Los Angeles city council, as far as i'm aware. Although i presume someone funded it- beats me who.

I wish he never died. he wouldve been a real star. thats so sad he died just before his real career was about to begin. it wouldve ben so cool seeing him on tv all the time haha....:(

i saw the movie stand by me and i loved it and River (Chris Chambers) was my FAVORITE character and i was like crying when i heared that he past away i still am :,(
