@Darkcharmcupid I think you're superstars will be superstars in any era, but yeah the average players this year will be better than the average players last year and so on. Most of the .400 averages were pre 1930 I think players are faster getting to more balls than they used to, outfielders gloves got a hell of a lot bigger and in general players arms are stronger on the infield. Turf and field conditions are better now for less crazy hops and what not on the dirt parts too.

@OrigLanceR Hey correct me if Im wrong and I mean cuz I want to know your take on it, do you think baseball defensively these days is much stronger then the Babe ruth era times??? Or were people in those days just better at hitting the ball or what? I say that because these days in baseball you dont see averages like 400. Pujols is overall wouldnt you agree, better then anyone in our era. IF he was back then, do you think his numbers will skyrocket????What u think about old era vs new era?
