In this informal video I show five things you didn't know about the BlackBerry PlayBook, RIM's 7-inch tablet device. Specifically, I show some multitasking tricks, how to take a photo of what you're doing, pulling up the keyboard and powering down the unit quickly, and more.

  • It doesn't continue to record when you open a browser window to full size. You went back to it and it was stopped for you too but you pushed record again. EPIC FAIL!

  • this is definitely the one tablet that levels it out against the iPad

  • @deanobrown it is possible to do this, he just has to change the multitasking setting to "don't suspend" when another full screen app is running. (but you probably don't care)

  • I knew everything, they are not little known tips! They are even in the intablet manual

  • this guy sucks soooo badly

  • you suck soooo badly, reviewer

  • you suck sooooooooo badly, reviewer

  • lol this dude aint know shit about how to work this tablet

    terrible video

  • Nice little video. I like the snapshot of the screen trick, will definitely use that in the future. Also the shut down off of the battery icon, believe it or not, I noticed it when I clicked the battery, but when it came time to shut down, completely forgot. Only had mine for a day, so it was helpful THANKS

  • For those of you saying it won't record while you're in another app, it does, you just have to change the multitask settings to showcase and all the apps will play live.
