  • Playing video games is unhealthy? That kid fucking backflipped okay?

  • He played in 3D Before it was mainstream

  • @HYPNOGLANCE87 why is that funny? back then that's -expected-

  • I had no idea that they had the power to make videos games real in the 80s

  • Imagine if there was a commercial for the Wii Remote 80's style:

Now from Nintendo, it's the wireless Wii Remote, now with Bluetooth Technlogy! Twist and turn and the games follow you. It's AMAZING! A seperate sound speaker on the remote gives you sound beyond Stereo! INCREDIBLE! And no need for an extra controller for old school NES gaming. The Wii Remote can be turned SIDEWAYS for retro-nostalgia action! IT'S WILD! It's the Nintendo Wii Remote from Nintendo. (Battery pack sold seperately)

  • and the funiest thing is that it didnt tell you that you need 4 double A batteries to make it work lol XD

  • It works decently, but you need to be perfectly lined up with the sensor.

  • This thing was a big piece of crap, thanks for posting the memory. I was so excited when I saw this commercial.

  • you really want one of those? theres one on ebay right now, search ''ACCLAIM WIRELESS INFRARED CONTROLLER'' and you might find it.

  • I had one of these. It really sucked. Drained batteries like crazy and was also really finicky. I recall you had to aim the damn thing pretty much dead on at the receiver for the NES to register any input. It was real easy to be in the middle of a boss battle or something and suddenly the NES stopped receiving your input. Also, when it did register input, there was a small but noticeable delay which really killed game play. Crappy product overall.
